DogtraStore.com currently ship to USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Asia. If you would like to ship to another country, please e-mail us at sales@dogtrastore.com and provide us your shipping address as well as the item(s) that you are interested. We would be glad to provide a shipping quote for you.

Please note that shipping days do not include weekends and public holidays. To find out the estimate delivery date of your package, please click on "Estimate Ship Date" link on the product page.

Shipping to United States:

For Ground Shipping:
Please allow average of 1-3 business days for processing your order.

For Next Day, Overnight, 2 Day, or 3 Day Shipping:
Please allow 24 hours for processing your order. Our cut off time is 8:00AM PST for Next Day, Overnight, 2 Day, and 3 Day Shipping. Order submitted after 8:00AM PST will be shipped the following business day.

Please note: We do not deliver on Saturdays. For Saturday delivery, please contact us for additional charges.

We currently ship UPS Standard to Canada (5-9 Business Day Delivery) and UPS Worldwide Saver (1 Business Day Delivery), please choose these 2 option at the shopping cart page for your shipping rate.
